Everything was perfect except that the water pressure in the shower in the main bedroom suite was only a drip so we had to shower in the other bathroom..

Bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. Management was very responsive and helpful. Also, the beach in front of the condo was gorgeous.

Views Were Spectacular

This unit is located on the beach. The views were spectacular. We were blessed with perfect weather. The pool and grounds are very well kept. The pool was warm and clear and honestly we felt like it was kind of a private pool. The only issue we had was the wedge tailed shearwaters. These are nocturnal birds that make a noise like a person moaning and a baby crying. They start around 10 pm and go all night til about 4:30 am. We had to close the big slider door so it was quite warm in the master bedroom. I guess adding AC to that room would be the only thing I could have asked for. The coconut coast is beautiful and the lava lava beach club is only a short walk down the beach. (Highly Recommended) Love the location and plenty of parking up close. Kapaa' is a cool little town and it has everything. maybe 10 min drive. Same for the airport, but the flight path does not come over this location so no biggie. Highly recommended. The view from this condo is so beautiful you will have to force yourself to get up and see other parts of Kauai. But the location is perfect for visiting both the north and southareas. We loved Lanikai 123. The location was central for daytrips to all parts of Kauai. The area had great dining and shopping areas. The beach at the property was very nice and had some of the better swimming compared to other areas we visited. The unit was very well-appointed with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Lovely Condo

The condo is lovely and vacuous. The lanai amazing. Only one room has air conditioning. And when we stayed we need several fans in the beach side room to be comfortable. The pillows need an upgrade and the beds are firm if you like that. Location was very central, the beach access was great and fantastic. Beautiful property. All the kitchen items you could need to make at home meals.

Lanikai Love

This is our second time staying at Lanikai 123 and this trip reinforced our love for this unit and the Lanikai complex. The unit itself is spacious and has plenty of room for everybody to spread out. The views from the entire living area and master bedroom are jaw dropping; if you want ocean view, this unit provides it in spades. We also appreciate that Lanikai itself is a smaller, quieter complex. It's not uncommon to have the entire pool to yourselves, or to be one of just a few people on the beach. The unit is well stocked with the essentials for cooking, relaxing, and beach time. You'll find a cooler, plenty of beach towels, and a couple of beach chairs and boogie boards. We've come to love Kapa'a as a base for exploring the island, but would also encourage guests to explore the local area near Lanikai. Walk across the street to Kinipopo shopping center and enjoy the pastries and malasadas at Passion Bakery. Want to grab a beer: Napali Brewing is literally right across the street. Interested in a little shopping: stroll a quarter mile and you'll find yourself at Coconut Marketplace. Want to celebrate a special occasion: Hukilau Lanai is just a 10 minute walk. Want to explore the Wailua River: book a trip to Ulewehi Falls with Kayak Wailua. Want to deal with a property management company and property manager who are super responsive and great to work with: Cindy and Kauai Premier Vacation rentals are awesome. In short, we can't recommend Lanikai highly enough and can't wait to return again in the future.

We loved everything about our condo. The view was breathtaking and it had everything and more that we needed while we were there. We cooked a lot of our meals there and enjoyed the saltwater pool immensely. Check in and check out we're so simple. I highly recommend to anyone that wants to feel a bit luxurious but still homey.

This was our first trip to Hawaii and we couldn't have been in a better condo. Everything we needed was there to make our trip that much more enjoyable. From everything you needed in the kitchen, including spices, coffee filters, ice maker in the freezer, to beach chairs, ice chest and boogie boards for the kids it was amazing! We cooked breakfast every morning and enjoyed the ocean sounds and beautiful views right off the balcony. The neighbors were great and we had a great time chatting with them during our week stay. The property management company was quick to respond to our messages if we had any questions. It truly felt like we were at a second home. The owners take very good care of their home and it shows as soon as you walk in. This was the best vacation rental we have every stayed in. Thank you for allowing us to share your home during our stay.

perfect view

I lived on the lanai! The view is spectacular and so close to the water. We walked down the path to the restaurant next door several times and walked the sidewalk home when it was dark. We loved the location and ease of reaching the south or north shores. The condo was so very comfortable and has everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked so you can eat in. The December weather was perfection. The only thing for me that was a bit disappointing was the hard bed; I'm used to softer. HOWEVER, I slept like wonderfully from the moist air and sounds of the waves. So, even tho it was a tad hard it did not detract from a perfect Christmas week on the island!

Our family enjoyed this condo very much! Spacious and clean and quiet. No fighting for parking spots Great views right on the beach. Amazing big Lanai on the Second story . Not really a good place to swim in the ocean but does have a nice little pool. We did buy a boogie board at Costco and left it at the condo for future guests to enjoy

We love 123 as it has fantastic views, updated appliances, and remodeled bathrooms. It has a really comfy vibe that some of the other units don't have. The master bedroom has great view, no A/C (doesn't need) and TV. Relaxed living room with carpet and TV. Guest bedroom has A/C and large screen TV. Large dining area if you have friends or family over. Great customer service from Cindy and her crew. 20 yr return visitor to this unit.

We Were in Awe

Very beautiful and comfortable accommodations. We were in awe the moment we walked in and saw the view. We were centrally located to do lots of different excursions on the island and having the Lava Lava Beach club close by was an added bonus for relaxing with drinks and dinner at the end of the day. Unfortunately I broke my ankle day 4 into the week and I had to spend a bit more time at the condo than planned but I had a beautiful view the whole time.

Everything about the property was fantastic. It was very well equipped as far as anything you might need in your own home. It was extremely comfortable for 2 couples and spacious enough so that we weren't tripping over each other. And the views! Never got tired of the views. Also great location for near-by shopping and dining. Good location for exploring the rest of the island. Hi-lite was probably a whale watching catamaran trip to Napoli coast. Beautiful and saw LOTS of whales.

Loved our stay at Lanikai 123. The unit itself is incredibly spacious with two large bedrooms, a massive living space, and a huge deck with an expansive view of the grounds, pool, beach and ocean. Honestly, it's difficult to overstate how amazing the views are from the master bedroom and the entire living/dining area. Additionally, the unit was extremely clean and has clearly been well maintained and updated. It is well stocked with kitchen supplies and pool/beach items, including three very nice boogie boards and a kick board. Property management was incredibly responsive and promptly answered any questions that I had. We've been to Kauai a number of times previously, but this was our first time staying in the Wailua/Kapa'a area and we came away convinced that it has a number of advantages, foremost among them: close proximity to shopping (super close to Coconut Market Place) and dining (walk across the street to the Kinipopo Shopping Center and try anything and everything at both Passion Bakery and the Korean Barbeque restaurant), and a central jumping off point for driving to other parts of the island. In short, we would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful Condo and spectacular views

This place was very nice and spacious with the comforts of home. Views from the large Lanai were amazing. Lot's of room to entertain or just relax. The only shortfall is the lack of AC in the Master Bedroom and living area. The fans helped, but would be much more pleasant with AC especially this time of year. Suggest looking into a mini-split system which is very reasonable and would make this perfect.

The property has a strikingly, beautiful ocean front view of the gentle waves rolling in on the East side of the island. We spent much of our time sitting on the balcony which has both a table and chairs and lounge chairs. We enjoyed the resident birds, the Shearwaters, who cooed and cried while nesting in the bushes in front of the unit. The property has a nice heated (?) pool and a small beach that is good for swimming when the surf is calm. We arrived to the music of Hawaii playing in the condo and felt instantly welcome. Everything was in order and very, very clean. Furnishings are tasteful and in excellent condition. The two master suites were equally comfortable and outfitted. We love to cook and were surprised by how well equipped the kitchen was, with EVERYTHING we needed including seasonings and spices. Television had lots of options including cable, Netflix, Amazon, etc... The property is conveniently located within easy walking distance to the Coconut Marketplace that has a well-priced convenience store, restaurants and shopping outlets. Within a 5 minute drive, you can kayak on the Wailua river, go to the Safeway or the Papaya Natural Foods store, snorkel at Lydgate or attend the Smith Family Luau (highly recommended for it's warmth of spirit and authenticity) In addition to all of this, the condo comes with beach chairs, ample beach towels and an in-unit washer and dryer all in excellent condition. Wonderful trip and very nice truly ocean front condo. Spacious and well laid out with comfortable king beds. Also large very private lanai. Cannot see or be seen by other tenants. Both bathrooms have double sinks which is a plus with four people. Condo was well stocked with anything you might need. Nice to have coffee maker as well as Kerig. After coming to Kauai for many years, we discovered Lanikai. What a discovery it was! A small, intimate resort with all the amenities. Lanikai 123 feels like our home away from home. It lacks nothing! In addition, Premier Kauai Vacation rentals is a fabulous business with which to work. Kapa'a Paradise

This was - by far - my favorite rental yet (I've stayed in plenty). Might the fact that I was in Hawaii have jaded my opinion ... maybe slightly but doubtful. Everything about this condo was wonderful and just as I like. The view was AWESOME. The complex was small (very important), the ability to walk to shopping and restaurants (that we ENJOYED) was a big plus. The condo was stock-full of things you take for granted ... more than enough paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent, quality silverware and knives and towels (bath AND beach) and a multitude of other items. There was no skimping here. Loved, loved, LOVED this place. The only (semi) irritant was daily traffic due to contraflow. But really ... you're in Hawaii ... forget about it! This place was heavenly. <3

Kauai Vacation

My wife and I, along with her sister and brother in law,visited the island and it was ABSOLUTELY magnificent!This unit was perfect for our stay ! Really nice location and plenty of room to enjoy our stay. We spent the main share of our time on the very spacious lanai and enjoyed the heated pool daily! It was only 10 minutes to the airport and very easy getting around the entire island.We had a terrific stay there and would recommend this unit to everyone.The landscaping was immaculate and it was hard to leave to come home to Ohio,but what a GREAT time we all had! Thanks for the opportunity to stay at your place! The OHIO 4 !

Beautiful Day & Night

We stayed in room 123 and couldn't have been more pleased with the unit and it's view! Absolutely beautiful day and night. The pool was excellent and heated , we were from Ohio and enjoyed the swimming! The lanai was huge and used daily for relaxing and visiting! We loved this place! Great location beautiful grounds and a great view of the ocean/beach. Our only drawback is that there is no central air conditioning, so it gets a little warm during the day. But all and all, a great vacation. We love this home. Thanks for having us.

Great Condo

Our stay could not have been more perfect. The views from the room were picture perfect. The location of the Lanikai resort is central to almost anything you would want to do on the island. The condo had everything you could think of to make the stay easy. There were even beach chairs and an umbrella to use. I can't wait to come back.

Great Vacation Experience!

This is a great place to stay in Kauai! The view from the living area and bedroom was awesome! The furnishings are very nice. Even though there was no a/c in the living area and master bedroom, it was still comfortable in late June. The evening breeze and sounds of surf made for a relaxing sleep time. This condo was absolutely beautiful. Updated everything; decor, appliances, etc. Well maintained and stocked with everything. Incredible customer service by Cindy who allowed flexibility on both ends of our stay. We will be back, and can't wait to enjoy this beautiful property again. Close to shops and restaurants but in a quiet area. A perfect Kauai experience for us. Mahalo.

Amazing Time!

Aloha! Our family had the most amazing time at this beautiful 2 bedroom condo. Felt like I was coming home. Views were unparalleled - mountain and ocean front and we also loved the location. The grounds and pool were immaculate and even had a resident rooster parading around. A small thing that would have made it an even better experience is an AC unit in the master bedroom. It's probably no biggie for most folks but I have a hard time at night. Thank you for sharing this treasure of a condo, I look forward to coming back! Date of arrival - May 26, 2021

HUGE Lanai

Christmas 2019 Great central location within walking distance to many restaurants. The condo was well equipped and the property manager was very attentive. Only one beach chair was in working order but there were plenty of towels so we worked around that. HUGE lanai for sunrise breakfasts. Beautiful breeze meant no A/C ever needed. Watched humpbacks from the lanai This is a beautiful condo and had a really well-stocked kitchen. We stayed here for 4 nights with our 2 children and we loved it. The pool was great for the kids and the view of the ocean was outstanding. This is a large condo, very spacious. Cindy the property manager was a pleasure to deal with.
