Terrific Condo with an awesome view of the pacific. Furnishings and rooms in the condo were first class. Kitchen has all the necessities that anyone would want, except for tools for the outdoor barbeque. Pool is excellent. Walkway from the pool area down to the ocean could use some work as it is quite treacherous. Maybe a handrail for the walkway.

Wonderful ocean view. Kitchen well-stocked. Great to have laundry in unit. Bedrooms were dark but naturally cool. Location is terrific- easy to go north to Hanalei or south to Poipu/Waimea. Gas station 1/2 block away. Safeway and Long's Drug stores about a 1/2 mile down road. Fantastic running path along water. We would definitely stay there again!

Our unit had the best view of the Pacific Ocean.
We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious. Bathrooms were well appointed in the kitchen. Had every utensil you could ever need. We all said air-conditioning in the bedroom, which was a pleasant addition as many units that are for rent do not have this feature. The staff was very responsive with questions. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

This condo was beautifully setup with a gorgeous view! It was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the mornings and evenings. There are many places to walk in the area. We used the kitchen to cook a few nights and it was equipped with everything we needed. We often went into the bedrooms to cool off as there's no air conditioning in the other rooms. Big fans were provided which was nice, but not as cool as the air conditioned rooms. This was not a deal breaker for us and we would definitely come stay here again.

This condo unit was perfect for our family, with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a BBQ to grill at. It was very clean and the view is incredible. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the lanai each morning and eating dinner in the evening.The pool was warm and sits right on the ocean. The pictures are exactly what it looks like. You will not be disappointed, if you stay here. We only wish that we could have stayed longer than our 15 days. We highly recommend unit 122 and this complex!

The pictures are exactly what you get. The space was clean, spacious and had everything to cook our meals. The view was incredible! We used the Bbq many times and it was very clean. The pool was quite inviting. We were there for two weeks and it was great to have a washer and dryer to use. Zero complaints about our accommodation and can't think of anything to recommend to make it better. Highly recommend this place for your vacation stay!!

We had a very comfortable stay at Lanikai condo unit 122 where the amenities are luxurious. Ocean view from Lanai is very beautiful. The unit is very well furnished. This condo is conveniently located in Kapaa for Kauai attractions and groceries and good eating places are nearby. We felt the need for AC in family room in late May but could manage well with fans. The bedrooms have good window AC machines. We would love to come back to Lanikai and unit 122 in our future trips to Kauai. Managers Response:

My husband and I decided to take a trip for our anniversary with two of our best friends. While we have been to Kauai before, our friends had not. This condo was the perfect spot for our getaway. The views from the second floor balcony were breath taking and it was walking distance from Coconut Market and Passion Bakery (get the malasalas). The pool was refreshing and the beach access was easy for us “old timers”. We will definitely be back!

We had an outstanding stay in your condo. It was a perfect location to explore the entire island. The condo had all the necessities for a perfect beach stay. We could not have had more of a perfect and comfortable stay at Lanikai 122. The condo was stocked with ALL necessary needs and wants. Our family had room to stretch out and be comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for meals and the sound of the ocean right out the sliding door was magical. The pool and ocean being steps away was simply amazing. I am planning a trip next year as we speak.

There was a lot of thoughtful things that were at the condo (dishwasher detergent, trash bags etc) that helped enhance the experience, but the property is breathtaking and the location couldn't be better. We've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties in Hawaii, Mexico, Moab UT and other locales - but this was BY FAR our favorite. Don't want to repeat all the superlatives of the other reviewers, but you can believe every one of them. We prefer the Coconut Coast to the north end (Princeville Hanalei), and south (Poipu). The main highway gets a little crowded at the commute hours, but in September - the parking area for the condos was about 30% full. We loved being able to walk to the Coconut Marketplace nearby. Hukilau Lanai was one of the best restaurants we've ever been in. There's a Safeway and Longs Drugs (CVS) less than a mile to the east. All the amenities of the big city (Lihue), including the airport are less than 15 minutes away. The unit is spacious, well appointed, mostly quiet and the beds comfy. We felt like we won the lottery by finding this jewel. Maholo

Absolutely beautiful location and view. The decor of the condo was gorgeous. I think the only negative is the fact that there's no elevator, but that's not the owner's fault so I certainly can't count that against them. Just be aware of that, in case you're older like us and have difficulty carrying luggage up stairs. Other than that, absolutely loved this place!

We had a great stay in this property. The views from the spacious balcony were unrivaled, truly an ocean front property. The central location in Kapaa is convenient for access to the northern beaches, as well as Poipu. The property manager was terrific, allowed us to extend our stay by an extra day, and was immediately available when we needed help with a late check-in. The whole unit was recently remodeled and impeccably maintained. We were definitely stay here again!

After missing a trip to Kauai in 2020, it was wonderful to return this December. The Lanikai condo group is our favorite place on the Island. Unit #122 is very nicely furnished, with a great ocean view & all you need to eat in if you choose. We had a wonderful visit. All arrangements by Cindy Plemer were (as usual) handled flawlessly. Many thanks. We plan on returning.

The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean. It was very comfortable for two couples. Nice to be close enough to walk to some restaurants. Only complaiants - would have been nice to have central air conditioning and the beds were a little hard.

Great location with sunrise views over the ocean. Can walk out to a nice beach. Walking distance to several great restaurants and grocery store. Sunny weather most of the time. Clean and spacious place. Highly recommend. Easy parking.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the lanai overlooking the pool and ocean. We had breakfast there every morning. The only thing that would have made the stay better would have been a longer stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lanikai 122. It is tastefully appointed, comfortable and a great location. The salt water pool was perfect and the view was stunning! Premier was very responsive and helpful.

Stunning view. Very clean condo. Everything we were looking for. The only thing needed was a easy repair on the kitchen sink fixture, which if I had my tools I would have fixed it. I will recommend this condo if asked. Thank You. P.S. we didn't use the air conditioners.
Beautiful Beach Front Condo

Absolutely beautiful beach front condo with everything you may need for a comfortable family style stay on Kauai! The host is incredibly lovely and accommodating, responds super fast to any inquiries. Check in was easy. Condo was clean and tidy with plenty of towels (including beach towels). Kitchen was fully stocked with all kinds of utensils and equipment. We like to cook our own meals, so this was really great! The condo also has a very neat little library of books about Kauai, including books about hiking, places of interest and ancient Hawaiian sites. There is a beautiful ancient Hawaiian site right next to the condo location and were able to read and learn about it, which was very cool! All in all we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back again in the future! Will also be recommending this property to our friends and family.

We loved our condo and our location. It was home away from home with
a spectacular view from the lanai and easy access to both the pool and
the beach. It felt like our own private paradise. We enjoyed trying a few
restaurants, the Sleeping Giant Grill was delicious! We enjoyed a kayak and
hike adventure on the Wailua River up to the falls. Everything we wanted was
mostly within walking distance. Loved the malasadas from Passion Bakery!

Our stay at lanikai was perfect. The condo was well equipped and docorated. The view was exactly what we were looking for. Both the pool and the beach were perfect. The location gave us access to the whole island.
We are looking forward to our next stay.

The condo was so perfect. It is centrally located so we took a day for each shore. Actually the canyon took 2 days. The people are so nice and the food is so tasty. Loved everything! We will be back! Date of arrival - July 1, 2021

My daughter and I just stayed here for a week. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The view is just amazing!!! The condo was sooooo clean and we were always able to park right at the bottom of the stairs. I would def stay here again if/when I return to Kauai!
