It’s actually about 4.5 stars. Everything was great except for one thing. The condo right next store I think it’s a one bedroom I guess they were renovating it and they had workers there all week. They were sawing and doing it on the patio so it was very noisy. From 9 to 5. We didn’t stay on the condo all day each day, but still since the condo didn’t have AC the sliding doors needed to stay open so it was really noisy. Other than that everything g was great. Thank you. Thank you for your review. This is a five star condo but we understand you being frustrating about the contractors next door ruining your quite time. To our knowledge, this project was supposed to be done some time ago and the latest update is there should be no more noise and they are waiting for a plumber to complete their remodel. We have VRBO'd a lot over many years all over the world and this may be the nicest and most well appointed property so far. The owner has provided everything you need to be comfortable for your stay. The view is amazing. Conveniently located to restaurants and close to highway to go anywhere on the island. Quiet beautiful grounds surrounded by flora and fauna. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. We loved our 9 night stay.

My family of four had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious, clean and had everything we could have needed. The view and proximity to the ocean was definitely the highlight! We enjoyed most of our meals in the condo so it was nice to have everything including the spices available, access to the bbqs, and even a vitamix for smoothies. It was nice to do laundry as needed also. My four year old even found some books and puzzles to enjoy. I woke up each morning and walked around the corner of property to watch the sunrise on the beach in front of the lava lava restaurant. We can't wait to return.

Lovely condo, easy to beach and pool. Was able to grill a few nights and the deck was perfect for nighttime viewing with of the surf and Tiki torches. No AC but lots of fans as it was pretty warm our entire stay. Would definitely recommend.

The place was beautiful, location was perfect within walking distance to coconut market where everything you needed was at. The condo was fully stocked with all the amenities needed for a long stay. We cooked breakfast, and dinner most of the time. Enjoyed the patio overlooking the grassy and sandy beach. The condo was on the second floor facing the beach which was only a few steps away. The only down side is that it did not have AC or elevator which was not so good if you are brining a big luggage. We came in July which was very humid and hot. An AC at least in the bedrooms would have made my stay even better. Another down side was host often very slow in responding not sure if it was my reception or something else. Overall I would very much recommend this place despite not having an AC. Our time here was amazing and great. My daughter and her friend loved the location and all the shops within walking distance .The place was very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I loved everything about the condo except not having an AC and an elevator. We also road bikes on the trail to Kapa’a beach which was right next to the condo. If it’s your first time to Kaua’i I would highly recommend Kapa’a location and these condos, everything happens in this town. Date of arrival - July 27, 2025 Managers Response:

Loved staying here. Great central location. View from balconies awesome. Loved being able to walk down to beach. Very clean and kitchen stocked (although we didn't use it much.) There were restaurants, market and stores within walking distance (Coconut Marketplace). It did get warm, but cooled down at night. They supplied fans, but we ended up buying another fan at Costco to help us sleep better. My fault that I didn't notice there wasn't air conditioning in this unit. Beds were comfortable. Date of arrival - June 26, 2025. If we come back, we will definitely stay at this location again, but in an air conditioned unit. (Others may not need it, but husband is sensitive to the heat.)

We really enjoyed our time at Lae Nani 525. 2nd floor, so not too many stairs but a perfect view. It was so easy to walk to coffee, Lava Lava for happy hour, or over to the Coconut Marketplace for some dinner or groceries. Cindy and the management company was very responsive when we had a need or question. I would recommend this place and stay here again.

We loved the Lae Nani resort. We have been to Kauai twice and have stayed here both times. The view of the ocean from unit 525 was simply spectacular. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean and feeling the breeze and listeninbg to the sound of the waves. The unit was beutifully furnished and well kept. The kitchen had sufficient supplies for our cooking needs and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely come back again.

My two adult daughters and I loved our stay. The only thing that would have made it perfect was air conditioning. It was very hot, but fortunately there were two fans. More fans would have been nice. The unit was comfortable with everything we needed to cook in if we wanted. The view from the unit was breathtaking. It was everything we were expecting and more. The location was perfect!
Only one downside was a nasty note on our car windshield the last day of our stay saying our car would be towed if we didn't fill out the form with our vehicle information. We did this when we arrived but I went ahead and did it again. Don't know what that was about.

Fully stocked home with an amazing view of the ocean. We loved hearing the sounds of the waves during the night and the view from the deck during our morning coffee. The location is central on the island. The location is also great as next to it is the Lava Lava Beach Club where you can walk for drinks and food. The ocean has a small section “roped off” by lava rocks which makes a great “pool” for little kids. Overall great experience!

What an enjoyable stay in an ideal location. This was our first time to Kauai so we weren't sure where we should stay. Originally, we had booked a hotel, but we decided that having a separate room for our son and staying in a more central location would be a better idea. I'm so glad we made the switch and especially glad we were able to stay in this nice home. The view couldn't be beat! We were steps from the beach, watched wind surfers from our balcony, could see the mountains in the distance, and even caught a beautiful rainbow. Shopping (Coconut Marketplace) and malasadas (Passion bakery) were just a short walking distance away (bring reusable shopping bags). The home had everything we needed, including a good blender and a couple of beach chairs. We used the washer and dryer and the extra fans in the bedrooms came in handy. I appreciated all the beautiful artwork the owner has collected. There were several families staying at this location. We would love to come back.

Lae Nani was a great base for our first trip to Kauai. The unit was very comfortable for our family of four and we made use of the washer and dryer frequently. The views are exceptional and the beach and pool are only steps away. Great location with good access to north and south shores, and walking distance to shopping, dining and groceries at Coconut Marketplace. Some of the furnishings and appliances could use a refresh, but all of the advantages far outweigh any negatives. We'd love to come back!

The condo is beautiful, clean and had a perfect location to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. The grounds were perfectly manicured and beautifully lush. When booking the condo we did not see that there was no air-conditioning. It wasn’t a deal breaker but the trip would have been much more enjoyable in August with some cool air. And I know this is not the responsibility of the condo owner, but there were camping chairs (not beach chairs) in the closet and no beach umbrella. It would have been nice if those things were a little more stocked. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Lae Nani 525 is a beautiful condominium. The grounds are meticulously maintained with a gorgeous ocean view and swimmable beach right on the property. The pool is also well maintained with beautiful flowers surrounding the it. The condo itself is gorgeous. The view is breathtaking with two lanais. I enjoyed waking up to the sunrise over the ocean each morning. There was plenty of room for our family of four with a well-stocked kitchen. The artwork and decorations are beautiful as well making the condo feel homey and special. We enjoyed walking to Lava Lava beach club for dinner and music (live music plays every night). We also enjoyed walking to the Coconut Marketplace for shopping and the farmer's market. Our vacation was magical, we hope to return soon to this slice of paradise.

This condo unit is literally on the beach, no more than 50' away. That's the best part. For sleeping by the waves, snorkeling, swimming.and just sitting!! It's also centrally located in the island whether you want to go north or southwest. And you can easily walk to nice restaurants, bars, and shopping. The unit is roomy and with full kitchen, laundry, etc we were able to feel like we lived here. Could not ask for more.00

The location of this condo was phenomenal. Sleeping to sound of waves crashing wad great. The condo had every utensil and cookware that you could ever need. It was walking distance to so many restaurants and shopping. We ate at Gaylords one evening and highly recommend it. Premier Kauai vacations were great to work with. Very clean,spacious and quiet. Can't beat the view. Great beach and nice property. Kitchen well stocked, comfy beds and close to shopping and walking/biking trail. Bathrooms a lifunctional. And could use new shower heads, but very functional with lots of towels and a good supply toilet paper and tissues to get you started. Appreciated the boogie boards, noodles and beach towels. Large capacity washer and dryer too. Would definitely stay here again.

Cindy got us into Lea Nani 525 to get us out of the other condo then into 523 for the duration of our trip. Both condos are clean and beautiful. Kudos Cindy!

Amazing! Is about the only word that can describe our stay with Lae Nani and Premier Kauai. The property has the right touch of everything whether your looking for relaxing peace or a ton of playtime it's perfect for whatever your looking for. Great beach for swimming right off the edge of the property with a perfect pond to protect your Keiki. Kauai / Lae Nani has become our families hike away from home and don't plan on staying anywhere else in the future.

If you're looking for an awesome beach front (literally) property, this is it. We had an awesome time here without any issues whatsoever. The soothing sound of waves, mild breeze and some falling rain, really added to the already great ambiance to this place. Will definitely consider this place in our next trip to Kauai.

Overlooking the ocean, amazing resort and condo, will 100% stay again. Beach equipment was provided for 4 adults, plus everything you need for a long stay! A must stay!

Beautiful Grounds

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. It had everything-the views, beautiful grounds, all basic supplies needed in the condo for the week as well as a very nice kitchen with all the kitchen supplies you would need and more, easy drive to everything and even walkability to a cute shopping center and fantastic restaurant on the beach. We have stayed in many places over the years as a family and this is by far one of my favorite. I can't wait to stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay and hated to leave. Everything we needed was included. The condo has everything we needed to enjoy our stay and not have to buy everything at the grocery. Everything we needed was included in the kitchen and we had plenty of beach accessories to help us enjoy our stay on the island. The view was fantastic! The pool and grounds were beautiful. We would highly recommend staying here. The best part was hearing the crashing waves as we fell asleep each night. Thank you for making helping to make our trip so wonderful.

Our condo overlooked the ocean, it was a beautiful condo and resort. My wife loved walking the ocean and I loved swimming in the pool haha. Highly recommended, a must stay.

My husband I had a great time staying here. Right at the beach you can hear the waves crashing from inside. The view is great. It’s convenient to the airport but not too close. Can walk to some restaurants and a market. The place itself has a washer, dryer and kitchen which are great to have. Really enjoyed this place and plan on coming back.

Fantastic unit with great views, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen (loved the Vitamix). Beach outside was perfect for a relaxing afternoon and enjoying sunsets. Perfect location allowing us to explore the whole island without crazy drive times.
