We had a great stay at Kaha Lani 310! Check-in was really easy, and the view from the balcony was priceless. Definitely one of our favorite parts of the condo.
The place had everything we needed for the week—beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, extra fans, an ice maker, and all the other essentials. It was really nice having all of that available and not having to worry about bringing or buying it ourselves.
The location was great too. It's kind of in the middle of the populated areas, so it was easy to get around, but it still felt quiet and relaxed. There were also plenty of things within walking distance. The beach right behind the condos was amazing. For the entire week we were there, it basically felt like we had our own private beach!
The only negative for me was no air conditioning, but that's really more on me than the condo. This was our first trip to Hawaii, and I didn't realize how much I would miss AC! That being said, the extra fans they provided were a godsend and helped a ton.
Hands down, we would stay here again and would recommend Kaha Lani 310 to anyone visiting Kauai. Great location, amazing views, and an all-around great place to stay!

Perfectly situated for us. We chose the location because we knew we would travel both north and south on alternating days while wanting to stay central and enjoy Lydgate and local shopping. The property is beautiful. Easy access to main road, a nice pool for guests with plenty of seating, the grounds are so pretty and the path to walk to Lydgate park is short and sweet. The property is quiet and family friendly at the same time. The breeze into the unit was amazing and combated the humidity. I imagine every unit can feel the same breeze. It was perfect. We were so sad to leave. We will definitely come back and hope to score a bigger unit for the whole family as there were just two of us and we have four.

Unit was clean and welcoming upon arrival with fan on and music playing. Kitchen had everything needed. New appliances and cookware. Amazing view from the lanai of ocean, pool and romantic tiki torches around the pool at night. I was there for two weeks, and even rainy days had families playing in the pool during the rain! Fresh island fish at Hukilau Lani , and good sushi at Zumo Sushi in Safeway shopping center. Cindy was very responsive to anything that was needed. Will definitely be back.

Great location! Place was nice and well equipped. However, sleeper sofa is very old and mattress is extremely uncomfortable. We had 3 adults (mom and two adult kids) so one person had to sleep on sleeper sofa. The mattress is so bad - someone just slept on the couch. Place really only works for 2 for sleeping.

This was our first visit to Kauai, and staying in Kaha Lani helped make this a perfect visit! The highlight for us was being able to open the sliding glass doors to the lanai and see, hear, and smell the ocean. The condo itself is lovely and comfortably furnished. Kaha Lani was a perfect jumping off point for all of our island adventures. We hiked Mahaulepu Beach Trail from Shipwreck Beach and hiked at Haena State Park (make sure to get tickets ahead of time and be prepared for lots of mud). We drove and did a short hike at Waimea Canyon. We took a fun but crazy boat tour of the Na Pali Coast with Blue Adventure Tours. And we went to Smith's Garden Luau, which was just a five minute drive from the resort. The resort was also a perfect location for quieter activities. The pathway that links it to Lydgate Beach and Park is great for easy strolls or runs. And the beach itself is beautiful; there is a lifeguarded area that is surrounded/protected by stones that makes it a perfect swimming spot for people young and old. We had a favorite breakfast spot--the Jammin Banana in Lihue--and also enjoyed being able to walk to dinner at Mamahune's tiki bar our last night on the island for delicious drinks and fish tacos as well as a spectacular view. Kauai is a long way from New York, and it's an expensive trip, but we hope we can get back there again. If we do, we'll definitely stay at Kaha Lani.

This was our second stay at this resort, but the first in this unit. The furnishings and overall appearance of the unit are modern and attractive. The view overlooks the pool, two gas BBQs and the ocean. It is close to the airport and Kapaa, and Lihue is just a bit farther away. It is centrally located for longer trips to Princeville/Hanalei or the south shore. There are two things you should be aware of.There is some sort of waste processing plant about 1/2 mile north of the resort. Normally not an issue but we had several evenings when the wind changed from the NE to the W and could smell the plant for about an hour.There is a large soccer field literally across the fence from the property. There were a few games each evening and many games going on at the same time on Saturdays. You can hear the parents and grandparents cheering their little ones on but is only a minor distraction.We found these to be minor issues and would definitely stay in this unit again.

The unit we stayed in was well cleaned and prepped. The kitchen was moderately well stocked. The bed was comfy and bathroom small but ample. The additional items like lawn chairs, cooler, snorkel/fins, and beach towels were a great bonus. The pool area with grill was convenient. The beach area was gorgeous and very private. Spent many mornings and evenings there soaking in the gorgeous view. The balcony was also great for taking in the ocean and the sun. The customer service was excellent! They took care of issues quickly and extended our check out time with lots of extra time making travel much more comfortable.
The cons were that the fridge died the first night we were there. Rapid customer service solved that the same day but food was lost. The bedroom fan was wonky and loud, but it was too hot to turn off. A couple lights were burned out. The furniture was comfortable but just ok. The pull out bed was no where near comfortable enough to sleep in. This place sleeps two max.

The location was great, off the highway enough to limit road noise. The view from the lanai was good, close enough to the ocean to hear the surf, but not so close to be noisy. We really liked the carpet; most condos are tiled only and hard on the feet. The shoreline path made for a very pleasant morning walk. The condo is nicely decorated in a tropical theme. Beach equipment and towels were available in the closet.
There is a staffed office on site where we could ask questions, but they do not manage this property. The refrigerator had an extremely noisy fan inside. The burner dials on the stove are barely legible. The light in the living room ceiling fan didn't work. Low light everywhere, hard to read a book or newspaper after sunset. There were no spare light bulbs or any other household supply items that we normally found in other properties.

My primary frustration was lack of AC…I probably will return when the temps/ humidity cool down (Fall or Spring) before booking another trip to the Hawaiian islands. We had a lovely time staying in this unit. It was immaculate, clean and comfortable. It was great to hear the waves all day and night! Beautiful ocean view, where we could see the sunrise each morning. The patio was great to sit on and have breakfast. The kitchen had everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained and had a nice tropical feel. We used the outdoor grill for a tasty dinner and the pool was nice for a swim. Maybe the condo owners could try to get the property management to put in a jacuzzi? That would be perfect. The beach was steps away and very private. We were there in February (not a peak month) and we had the beach mostly to ourselves for walking and enjoying. A very short walk away was the Lydgate beach park which was great for swimming. We really enjoyed our stay and if we are lucky enough to go back to Kauai we would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect size for us. The views of the ocean from the lanai were amazing. Also, being able to hear the ocean waves from inside the unit and out on the lanai was wonderful. The roosters were the only downside as they crowded as early as 4 am. We had to shut the windows so as not to hear them as loud. It would have been nice to have easier access to the tennis/pickle ball court. You could not play after 4 because you need the key from the office which closed at 4

My wife and I probably looked at two dozen other properties on Kaua‘i before settling on Kaha Lani 310. We were overwhelmingly pleased with our decision!
I can't say enough good things about the property management for this unit. There are thoughtful touches throughout the condo, including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a cooler. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, glasses, plates, and cookware needed to prepare a full meal. Late checkout was available for a reasonable upcharge, and the managers responded quickly to my request for a later time because our flight didn't leave until the late evening.
We loved our one-week stay, and we'll definitely rebook Kaha Lani 310 the next time we come to Kaua‘i!

Quite comfortable and a prime location for ocean views. Just above the pool which was extra nice to enjoy the flaming tikis. Condo was just as pictured,, extra fans provided additional air circulation. We had beach chairs and towels provided.We dined on the lanai balcony with padded chairs, and reclined on the relaxing lounge chairs. Impeccable grounds, superb location from airport and Costco. Will gladly return to this same unit. We truly felt the Aloha spirit!

The unit was on par with other condos we've rented on the islands in the past. Everything worked and it was clean, though I could write my name in the film on the coffee table glass. If you like to cook, the cutlery was also on par with other condos, i.e. atrocious. A paring knife and bread knife from a Henkels Twin set were the best pieces, the provided sharpener was worn out and no help on the larger pieces. Bring your own chef knives. You'll probably find enough cookware to muddle through. There are two 3-burner Weber grills on the property, which saw a lot of use. We did enough grilling and smoking over the summer that we didn't use them during our stay. There are two baths, which is unusual and appreciated, even with only two staying there. The unit is not as large as the pix at VRBO seem, not a criticism; it was plenty large enough for the two of us, just adjust your expectations. Unlike other places we've stayed, the provided key code is for the key pad is built into the door's deadbolt. One less thing to worry about losing at the beach; it took about a day to memorize the code. There is a coded key lockbox for a physical key near the door, but it's not used, at least not by guests. The view from the unit was magnificent: pool in foreground, then wide well kept lawn bordered by palms, then the south end of Lydgate beach, and the ocean. Nice to have the beach so close, that's a bit of a luxury. The pool was kept very clean.

We've been to Hawaii many times but this is the first time we can recall really feeling the lack of A/C. The ceiling fans helped, of course, as did the great cross-ventilation from the ocean...but the small vertical fan in the living room was worthless. The one in the bedroom was a little better but also did not function well. We knew ahead of time that there was no elevator, but that trudge up to the 3rd floor was a pain....that's on me. The unit itself was clean and description was accurate. Decor was nice, though living room furniture not the most comfortable. Kitchen utensils, dishes were nice. Pans and knives were better than most condos we've stayed in. Parking was always easy and convenient. Very convenient location just north of Wailua Golf Course, and close to Lihue and airport to the south and to Kapaa to the north.

Beautiful views with a short 30 second walk to a private beach. The place was the perfect distance between the North and South sides of the island. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed to cook with for all of our meals. We will be booking here again!

We really loved our stay! Beautifully decorated, amazing views of the ocean, perfect deck, ample beach supplies, including a cooler, super clean (thank you, Christa Lynn!), wonderful linens and towels/washcloths, fully stocked kitchen for cooking/baking... couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was warm and adjusted to no air conditioning, but the fans and all of the windows and having the pool and Lyndgate park/beach down the way, was just great. A great breeze from the ocean, too. Landscape and grounds are well managed, too. Thank you for everything and making it such a pleasant stay and providing all the comforts of home while travelling from afar. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Unit 310. It is beautiful and oh so clean.
The Condo manager was very accommodating. I do suggest that you tell your guests on VRBO that there is no AC, but not to worry because the ocean breeze cools the condo down for good sleeping. I also suggest that you explain on VRBO that there is no elevator. Also getting out on the highway during commute traffic is a nightmare at least that was our experience. Mahalo

We loved our stay at Kaha Lani! The pool was great and we had fun playing on the lawn as well. Nice walk to Lydgate as the playground - my kids loved it! The condo itself had everything we needed and was nicely decorated and clean! The ocean view from the Lanai is gorgeous - we spent a lot of time enjoying meals and relaxing on the lanai. Cindy (property manager) was wonderful to work with and we look forward to booking with her in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. We needed to unwind and relax and we were able to do it in a beautiful setting. Great view of the ocean from our balcony and a quiet setting. The waves crashing was the only sounds we heard. Each room was decorated with quality pieces of furniture. Not like a hotel-more like a personalized suite. We loved it and had a great time!
