“A Place Where Time Stops”

The cuisine of Postcards Cafe is inspired by the international travels of Chef Javier Melendez. Affectionately known as Chef Javi, he has been in the culinary industry for over 18 years and brings a wealth of experience and flavors to Postcards Cafe. The menu is inspired by the flavors of Asia, Spain, and the Caribbean combined with classic French and Japanese techniques. In addition to the chef’s impressive resume, Postcards Cafe offers a quaint island ambiance, located in a vintage plantation cottage. The restaurant is a bit exclusive, only being open from Tuesday-Saturday for dinner service from 5 pm – 8:30 pm, so reservations are recommended.
