Our stay was FANTASTIC! It was the perfect spot for a much-needed girls' getaway! The view from the pool is absolutely spectacular, and the beach is just a quick 2-minute walk away.The condo was beautifully stocked with all the essential and was very comfortable— we had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun-filled stay.We did do quite a bit of singing and dancing poolside… Hopefully, we didn't scare them off and they'll still let us come back! We would absolutely LOVE to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The ocean view was fantastic, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The unit itself was spotless, with a well-stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds and furniture. We also appreciated all the extra touches—beach chairs, pool noodles, snorkel gear, ice chests, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, beach towels, laundry detergent, and more.The location is excellent: an easy walk to the Coconut Marketplace Shopping Center, great restaurants, and the coastal walking/biking path. With the ceiling fans and the trade winds, the condo stayed comfortable during the day, and having air conditioning at night was a real bonus. We also loved the new green and blue living room furniture! (Updated from photos in original listing.)The neighbors were friendly and added to the overall relaxed atmosphere. We would happily stay here again!

This was a nice property with plenty of space. We especially appreciated how spacious the living area and both bathrooms were. The view from the balcony was nice and the beach towels, chairs and umbrella made it easy for us to enjoy the beach access. Landscaping was beautiful - especially enjoyed the path to the condo. The location was convenient and within walking distance of the Coconut Marketplace which offered a variety of shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The location couldn’t be better, and the property itself was exactly what we were hoping for—especially the quiet little beach and the pool, which became part of our daily routine. We even met a few friendly guests who made it feel even more relaxed and welcoming. The view from the unit was stunning, and the layout and furnishings made it feel like a home away from home. The A/C kept everything cool and comfortable at night, which was much appreciated. If I had to make one tiny suggestion, it would be to update the pillows in the Primary Bedroom—they’ve seen better days. But honestly, that’s a small thing, and we’d come back in a heartbeat either way. Managers Comments:

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very spacious and beautifully furnished. The only thing that was missing was enough dish washer tabs to cover the 3 weeks of our stay. The other hiccup was on the day of our departure. We had paid for a late check out (3 pm), but the code to enter the condo was changed at 10 am so our friends had to make sure that one or the other was inside the condo when the other went out so that they could be let back in. Other than that, I was impressed with the customer service whenever we had to contact Premier Kauai regarding any issues. Whenever I emailed about any issues or inquiries, they were very quick to respond. Upon arriving, I had mentioned that there was a tear In the screen door. It wasn't a big tear but I was worried that it might accidentally get worse since it was where you pushed on the screen door to open & close it. I was expecting a response that more or less just said that the issue had been noted but instead, within a couple of days, a serviceman had been dispatched and the screen had been completely replaced. (He was a nice man to chat with as well.) Plus, the responses from Cindy & Sharon sounded very cheery... not impersonal & dry. :) We also appreciated having 4 beach chairs provided with the unit. It was very helpful. If we could make a suggestion though... it would also have been nice to also have had a couple of beach umbrellas too since that sun gets pretty intense and there's not always a shady tree available on some of the beaches. We very much enjoyed our stay and we were sad that we had to leave at the end of our holiday. We loved the island and hope to return one day. Your condo will always be associated with the warm memories that we will have whenever we think of our visit to Kauai.

Very nice central location. We were able to explore all sides of the island without too much time in the car on any given day. Lovely view from the patio. The pool is nice and there is a beach right there as well. There are ample pool/beach supplies in the closet on the patio - I wish that was outlined somewhere better, we didn't realize it until the last 2 days of our stay, which were quite rainy and we didn't use them. But we made do with several of the wonderful beaches of Kauai. Would love to stay again!

This condo was perfect for us. Very clean, plenty of space, great seaside location, we took full advantage of the beach, pool and grill. The unit was bright and cheery, lots of natural light. With open windows, ceiling fans and the trade winds, we rarely needed the air conditioning. But it was nice to have when we did. We would definitely stay here again.

Aloha~ The condo is spacious with spectacular views (minus the highway in the distance). Being on the 3rd floor made it a bit of a challenge to get our groceries and luggage up, but the view is definitely worth it. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with all of the extras and amenities we needed. It was awesome to have beach gear available for our use (snorkels, chairs, boogie boards, noodles, coolers, etc). This was a nice added bonus. Per my sisters they slept well in the front bedroom and said the beds were comfy. I felt the king bed was much too firm and could use a mattress topper, but that's just my opinion. The condo is a great central location between the north and south shores. We also liked how close it is to the airport. Kapaa also has some great shopping and local eateries. You can walk to Lava Lava Beach Club and listen to live music while enjoying dinner and a drink on the beach. There is also a local shopping center that you can walk to as well. The beach at the condo is small and quaint. I think it is swimmable but didn't appear to be, during our stay. There are many beaches nearby to swim and snorkel your days away. We had a fabulous time in Kauai. The condo is clean and comfortable with a fabulous view. Lots of windows that all open for great air flow in the morning and evenings. I have rented many condos over the years in Hawaii. This rental was the best I have ever encountered, though a close second would be Ko Olina on Oahu. The condo was very well maintained in a superb location with amazing views. One could not ask for better lodging. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We loved staying here for our time in Kauai. Very short drive from the airport. We loved being so close to the water and the boardwalk along the beach was a beautiful walk. Lava Lava Beach Club next door is a fantastic restaurant as well. Overall very happy with the experience. Hassle free check in, no parking issues. THe market nearby is great too.Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lanikai 232. What a beautiful place! It was perfect for us and our two sons. They loved the boogie boards and pool inflatables that were in the condo. I recommend renting bikes for from Hele On Bikes while you are there. We had them delivered on the first day and we loved using them all week to go everywhere around Kapaa-it really added to the laid-back feel of the trip.

The Lanikai complex is well maintained and has a nice pool, a beach right behind the property, and is very quiet and secluded. There are restaurants and shops close by and only 30 minutes to Princeville and 15-20 minutes back into Lihue.
Unit 232 was one of the best places we have stayed in on any of the islands! The view was great, the condo was spacious, and the kitchen was fully stocked with any/all the utensils, bowls, glasses, plates, pots, and pans you could imagine. The decor and furnishings were in good shape and having a washer/dryer is always a plus. The only problem I saw was it being on the third floor since there is no elevator. An older guest may have a little problem walking up and down stairs. But for others it is a good way to work off all the food/drinks you will enjoy!
We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay there. We will definitely look forward to future trips to this beautiful property.

We were happily surprised to find the place much bigger than expected and so beautifully decorated as well. The view was right out to the ocean and the breezes and ocean wave sounds were a favorite of mine. Super clean and EVERYTHING you could need in the kitchen. Don't shop for anything besides food until you check kitchen for supplies. The manager was super kind and helpful and prompt in her communication with us. It was a wonderful trip!

What we loved about this property was the amount of space in the condo, the beautiful grounds, and access to multiple beaches. The spot to watch the morning sunrise was incredible. The only drawback was that the main room of the condo is not air conditioned and as this is a third floor condo, it gets quite hot in the main rooms. There were times it was more than 85 degrees inside the condo. Managers Response: We are glad you enjoyed your visit and happy to report that the owners will be installing central AC that includes the living room. A very good stay. The only wrinkle: we were under the impression “air conditioning” meant the entire condo. Only the bedrooms have wall air conditioners. We adjusted, but had ceiling fans and a floor fan operating almost continuously.

We could not have asked for a better location, and a lovely apartment. I would have given it 5 stars but for the a/c set up. Was a hot and humid week and as the upper unit, it sucked in the heat even late into the night. Although it was nice to have a cool bedroom, the a/c units are very loud, so we ended up shutting off after the room got to about 75. Would be easy enough for owners to put in central or mini splits being on top floor. Just a recommendation for the future. However we will be back and book the central a/c unit in building 1. We had a wonderful visit. Main highlight in addition to the beautiful island and all the delicious food and places to go was the convenience and beauty of the ocean view from this condo. We often sat and swam at the poolmwatching the ocean and could easily dip in the ocean, rinse off at poolside shower and go back in pool. Just gorgeous and amazing. We ran along the path over 4miles out and back from path by condo along ocean. Just amazing! Loved it! Plan to return again!

This condo has everything you'll need and more. The view is amazing and you are walking distance to many local places like the Coconut Grove Mkt and several restaurants. The beach is more of a reef with tide pools. And because the river drops in nearby it can be a bit rough to swim. Also make sure to book your excursions through Premier. I highly recommend Kipu Ranch adventures for the ATV rides. My only negative would be that I wished the condo had directions on a few things (like the a/c), as well as menus for local places.

Yes it is on the third floor of the building, so luggage is a little difficult to get up, but once up you'll forget all about that one problem. Highly recommend this place. The condo was roomy and nice with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. It was great for two couples, and provided plenty of privacy. The location is perfect for exploring both the north and south ends of the island. The only downside was that it was very warm in the living areas and kitchen. We were instructed (understandably) to turn off the bedroom a/c units when leaving for the day. By the time we returned each evening, it was so hot that we didn't cook the food we bought to prepare evening meals, and we certainly couldn't enjoy lounging and visiting in the living areas. The master bathroom was also warm and took a while to cool off in the late afternoon/evening when we returned from our daily activities around the island. There were ceiling fans and floor fans available, and we used all of them. It was still uncomfortable in the living areas except in the mornings when it was cooler outside. The temps were in the upper 80s on Kauai the week we were there. On the positive side, the management was the most responsive we've ever dealt with. We had a couple of minor issues/questions, and she was quick to respond to emails during our stay.

This is a beautiful property with a beautiful beach and pool. Centrally located and quiet property. I would definitely stay here again. I love everything about Kauai, especially the waterfalls. Jurassic Falls is beautiful.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at the property! It was clean, comfortable, had an outstanding view and centrally located. It is on the 3rd floor, accessed by stairs only but we enjoyed the privacy.

It was everything we had hoped for... very clean and lovely furnishings, well equipped kitchen, great and relaxing view of the ocean on the patio, very comfortable beds and great bathrooms. We wanted for nothing except more time in Kauai! Check in was extremely easy. Close proximity to restaurants and Safeway. We would highly recommend this condo, however as others have mentioned it is on the third floor with no elevator so luggage must be carried up. We knew this prior to arriving so it was no surprise. We loved our stay !

Condo was perfect. We had everything we needed and then some. There are beach towels and chairs. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans and silverware. Lovely neighbors to grill at the pool with. Ice maker was key! Never had to buy ice for the coolers that were already there. Great size bedrooms and bathrooms. What you see in the pics is exactly what you get. Very clean, spacious and very comfortable!

We had a perfect stay on Kauai at Lanikai. The unit seriously has the best view of Palm trees, sand, blue ocean, and green mountains. It was relaxing and helped us to recharge and for me to rest after I broke my leg on a hike. Watch out for those tree roots! The two master suites were comfortable and met the needs of us and our friends. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet setting of this small, intimate complex. The unit came complete with 4 beach chairs and multiple coolers. The kitchen had everything you need, plus all the basic essentials for cooking. Cindy was easy to reach and a pleasure to work with as she accommodated our slightly early check-in and a later departure. Check-in was a breeze with the directions sent early before our departure. What we really enjoyed was the central location, which allowed us to easily decide if we wanted to explore North, South, or West of the Island. Nothing was too hard to get to. For a great breakfast, be sure to try Kountry Kitchen, for lunch or dinner give Kenji's Burgers a try and you can't go wrong with Duke's.

Lanikai is our favorite spot on the Island and Ms. Plemer handled our reservations flawlessly once again. Unit #232, a third-floor unit, is nicely furnished with lovely views up toward Wailua Bay, providing nice gentle breezes. We will plan on returning soon.

Staying in Wailua is great for getting to both the north and south sides of Kauai. Our Lanikai condo was perfect our party of four adults. Only the bedrooms have ac but it wasn't an issue even though temps were very warm during our visit and we only ran the ac on our first night. Kitchen is well equipped and the view from the lanai is great. Both beach and a great pool with easy access. Management was very responsive to any questions. Date of arrival - November 26, 2021

We really enjoyed our stay in Lanikai 232! The unit is spacious and very clean. The private bathrooms for each bedroom are an added bonus. The lanai is large and has a beautiful view! The complex is small and quiet. We met several unit owners who were so kind and welcoming to us. We used the grill by the pool a couple nights and really enjoyed our dinner oceanside. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops within close walking distance. The only thing to be aware of is that this is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator access. We would definitely stay here again, but if you cannot climb steps, it would not be a good choice. Finally, Cindy, the property manager, is also outstanding! We can't wait to return!

We had an amazing stay in Kapa'a. The condo has a great floor plan with two master suites, well stocked kitchen and nice furnishings. The views are amazing from the lanai. We would love to stay here again. It's a perfect condo!

Amazing condo on the beach with a great view. The condo was comfortable and very clean.. Host was very responsive and location was stocked with plenty of beach gear to make our stay enjoyable. Surf is a bit rough near the condo but a secluded bay is a quick walk away. Only complaint is the latch lock on the front door didn't seem to work. Door still locked but needed a bit of muscle to operate.

We had a really wonderful time here! We woke up every morning to the most breathtaking view of the water and palm trees and quintessential Kauai. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The kitchen was stocked and the unit was well maintained. The only (sometimes) tough part was the fact that it was a third floor walk up. We didn't see that mentioned in the listing when booking, and it was sometimes and issue for me (almost 70) and my two grandchildren after a long day. That said, we absolutely loved the location of the Lanikai condos and the unit was beautiful. Thank you!

Great location, easy parking. 3rd floor so be ready to carry all your stuff up stairs. Walking distance to coconut market for last minute things. Safeway 30 minute walk or short drive to stock up. One bbq down by Pool. Snorkeling, surfboard, boggie boards, chairs and umbrellas and cooler in closet made it convenient

We LOVED being on the third floor of this beautifully kept condominium. The view of the Immaculately kept grounds, ocean, and swaying palm trees was divine. We loved the layout of the two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as the living space. It was stocked so well, we ne er wanted for anything. Being centrally located on the island, we were able to schedule everything from an invigorating hike up Waimea Canyon on one side, to a relaxing day on Hanalei Beach. We did a lot of our own cooking and the kitchen supplied all our needs. The condo even had a cooler and beach chairs we borrowed. Came in very handy! I can’t wait to return to Lanakai Condos. My group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was a great homebase for visiting the island, a scenic drive to either the north or south shore. We loved the proximity to some of our favorite dining options only a few blocks away (Passion Bakery, Street Burger, JoJo's Shave Ice) and in nearby Kapa'a. There is a shopping center within walking distance and only a 5 min drive to Safeway. The unit itself is very comfortable and well stocked. We cooked some meals at home and always ate out on the balcony. The grounds are lush and beautiful. Great pool and beach. Nice stroll to Lava Lava Beach club. If you like adventure, the Sleeping Giant Trailhead is only 5 min away and was a highlight of the trip for us (moderate hike to a lookout). The beds were comfortable and the condo provided extra fans (AC only in bedrooms but good airflow in living area), beach coolers, chairs, a boogie board, and in unit W/D which all came in super handy. 100% would stay again!
