Excellent location ocean view. The unit was well done, beautifully decorated and so well stocked from kitchen items to towels and accessories. All wonderful. Great shops and restaurants close by.

All Pros! Not a single con to this place! TENS ACROSS THE BOARD!!! We were delighted from beginning to end. The view, the amenities, the support, the sofas! We even made piña coladas in the blender. Great location, plenty of parking and walkable to many retail amenities. The beach in front of the condo is best suited for stronger swimmers, though there is a baby beach area at the north side of the beach. Overall, the property was quiet, clean, and as described in the listing. A great jumping off point for Kauai adventures.

Nice unit. Very quiet, off in the corner of the property. Love being on the top floor. Smaller than some units in the property, with both bedrooms in back of unit by parking lot, as opposed to having master up front with ocean view and deck access. But the shaded lanai and the quiet surroundings made up for no wave sounds from bedrooms. The Lanikai complex itself is a first rate property. Units vary in terms of updates, with this one being somewhat dated in terms of decor, but this unit has lovely central a/c and is so quiet. We noticed that a couple of the ground floor units appear to be undergoing remodeling, but no construction noise was noticeable from this unit. The neighbors are friendly, the pool is nice and the beach access and walkability is fantastic. Water pressure is wonderful in both bathrooms. Parking is easy here also. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay!! The condo and location were perfect!! The condo was clean, well appointed and had more than everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect, plenty of restaurants nearby, including Napali Brewing which was a short 5 minute walk away. The pool was very convenient and beaches were close as well. 10 out of 10, no notes!!

The condo was comfortably furnished, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and centrally located for day trips to the north and south sides of the island. We loved our stay despite having stormy weather. When we were limited to indoor activities, we had a comfortable place to spend time together and took advantage of the board games available.
Throughout our stay, the property management company kept us well informed on the storms. We've been to the Hawaiian islands many times and this was the worst weather we've experienced, but we still had a great time given the condo and our location to activities that we could do even during a storm.

We absolutely loved the unit and amenities at Lanikai 134. First...YAY air conditioning, our friends stayed elsewhere and had none! There were two couples that stayed in the unit and provided plenty of room so that we never felt on top of each other. The place was beautifully appointed, very clean, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Being centrally located on the island, it was easy to get to the south side and north side of the island to see all of the attractions Kauai has to offer. The VIEW! every morning and every night was lovely and like many who have stayed here....we didn't want to go home!

The condo was just as advertised. Everything was clean and well thought out. The furniture and king sized bed, bedding were comfortable. The showers had great pressure, towels were nice. Everything worked well. The only items that needed replacing were the nonstick skillets. They were well used with the coating scratched and peeling. I contacted the property manager and she purchased and dropped off a new set within an hour or so. There is a nice walk from the condo to a few restaurants. The condo is in a good location. The grounds are well maintained. You do get some street noise off of Papaloa Road but it was never later than 8:00ish PM. We definitely recommend this condo.

You won't be disappointed in this property. The view is spectacular and the location is perfect. The condo is well appointed, with a nice pool overlooking the ocean and beach access, (it is on the 3rd floor, only stair access if that is something you need to consider). You are walking distance to the Coconut Market place with shops and restaurants. And about equal driving distance to Princeville or Poipu. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is well-thought out and time was put into the lighting and small conveniences. We loved that this was a "give to get" property with spices, oils and the extras for those who enjoy cooking during their stay. Appreciate the extension cord, makeup mirror, fan (for white noise) and couch blanket. We used ALL of the beach equipment including the cooler, an added bonus for a day at the beach. These little things made for a nice family stay.

A wonderful place to stay. The resort was beautiful. The view was spectacular. The kitchen was ideal with all the amenities and supplies necessary to cook a meal. The location was perfectly located with beautiful beaches and a market nearby. All extra activities were within 45 minutes or less of the resort. This condo was located in middle of island with less than 1 hour drive to farthest North and South shore points. Plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Was missing a colander. Bedroom windows are screw shut which did allow for some street noise. 3rd floor and no elevator which not unusual for the islands.

The location was great as we were right in between two of our favorite beaches Tunnels on the North Shore and Poipu in the South. Had a great time at Kipu Ranch on the UTV tour. The condo was well appointed, clean and comfortable with an amazing view! Would definitely come back!

This third-floor unit is a well-maintained gem, perfect for a family vacation in Kauai. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of utensils, and you can enjoy the soothing sound of ocean waves from the living room. There's convenient access to a small beach right through the building. The rooms are clean and come with TVs, including one in the living room, and the spacious bathrooms are pristine. You can relax on the lanai and watch the sea. The location is excellent, close to the Coconut Marketplace and Safeway, and it's not too far from the airport either. Overall, a fantastic place for a family getaway.

We came to this island to relax and this was the perfect place for that! The view of the ocean was beautiful. It was so quiet and peaceful. We just stayed by the pool or down on the beach. The landscaping was incredible and very well taken care of. People were friendly and offered suggestions for restaurants or things to do. If we ever have the opportunity to return to Kauai, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our 12 day stay at the Lani Kai condo. It was well-stocked, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the amazing views from the lanai. The pool was just the right temperature. We loved that this was a smaller complex. We met many of the owners who lived on-site, and everyone was so friendly! There was plenty of parking. There were a lot of great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed meals and happy hours at Bobby V's Italian restaurant and Johnny's Wings N Tings. We also loved the fish tacos and cheesecake at the Sleeping Giant Grill. We had great communication from Cindy at Premier, and we were extremely grateful that she graciously offered us a later check-out when she found out that we had an afternoon flight home. We would love to come back and hopefully stay longer!

The condo was beautiful. The deck was very grand and the furniture on it was comfy and we spent a lot of time out there. The appliances were lovely. Nothing there was sub standard or even just standard. The knives in the block were beautiful and high quality. The only things missing were things like catsup, mustard, a whisk and a muffin tin. The showe was strong and lovely. And the air conditioning sits right over one of the beds and it intermittently drips. Very small matters

My family of four enjoyed our 10 day stay in this condo so much. It is located in Kapaa, which is central to both the north and south shores and close to restaurants and shopping. Be sure to check out the Lava Lava Beach club which is in walking distance and the Passion Bakery just up the road. The condo was immaculate and well stocked. Every possible kitchen amenity is provided. You could seriously host a banquet with all the dishes provided. We took full advantage of the provided chairs, beach umbrella and cooler as well as numerous snorkel gear. The ocean view is spectacular and the pool and beach access was convenient. The pool more than satisfied our needs and the beach was wonderful. My kids enjoyed exploring tide pools at low tide and playing in the waves during the day. The property manager was in touch with us during our visit and the check in/out process was so easy. We are planning to rebook this property already.

Originally my husband and I made the reservations. Soon after my husband died from a horrible accident. My teen boys and I decided to go to Kauai anyways. The condo was amazing. It had everything we needed and wanted. The beds were very comfortable. The neighbors were friendly. The condo was very comfortable and relaxing. It was also great because we had direct access to the beach, pool, restaurants, and shopping. The only need for a car was for excursions. The location was perfect because we were very centrally located to entire island.

Location is great for exploring the rest of the island. Plus you can walk to restaurants (Lava Lava Beach Club was one of our favorites), shops and small market from the condo. Beach chairs, snorkeling gear and beach towels provided. We even did not mind the three flights of stairs to get to the condo. Would highly recommend this rental.

This is a beautiful and spacious 2 bd condo. Great lanai with comfortable couch, table and wonderful view, right on the water. Location is great for exploring the rest of the island. Plus you can walk to restaurants (Lava Lava Beach Club!), shops and even a small market from the condo. Beach chairs , snorkeling gear and beach towels provided. You do have to go up 3 flights of stairs , but I'm in my 60's and didn't have a problem with that. Would highly recommend this rental .

Loved our stay. Very walkable location. The view from condo was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting on patio with a glass of wine and watching the ocean. Online pictures were true representation of unit. Would highly recommend a stay here, you won't be disappointed. The only negative is the climb up three floors to unit but we considered this a great workout for all our eating!

Amazing place. Being on the third floor gives you better views of the ocean. It really Makes you not want to leave this place at all. It is fully equipped and very spacious. The location is perfect. Close driving distance to the airport and stores like Safeway, Costco, Target, and Walmart. Love that it has a pool and beach access. I would highly recommend this place for a vacation. The view is gorgeous, you can hear the waves from the balcony. We loved the comfy furniture and the condo had everything we needed from plenty of towels to kitchen needs. Nice beds and great water pressure in the showers was a nice bonus. The location offers walkable access to shopping and food and we could easily get to sights in the south and north. What a gem!

This trip was amazing. The property did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived everything was beyond our expectations. The grounds were beautifully manicured and there was shopping within walking distance. Our condo provided chairs and snorkeling equipment to use on their private beach. We were able to snorkel and swim in the ocean right out front. We saw sea turtles from our balcony. The pool was great for lounging and playing. It was relaxing and not crowded. About a mile walk there was a monk seal who liked to lounge on the beach. It was pure paradise.

We could not have enjoyed our time on Kauai more, and our condo at Lanikai was the cherry on top. We thoroughly enjoyed being centrally located on the island. The condo has everything we could have possibly wanted - beach chairs and coolers and the most well stocked kitchen I have ever encountered in a rental condo. We loved being able to walk to Coconut Marketplace to enjoy the shops and restaurants, as well as the malasadas at Passion Bakery.

Wonderful accommodations. Beautiful views. Everything was provided for vacation activities like beach chairs & coolers, beach towels. The bathroom amenities was a great surprise. Thank you. Let's not forget about the comfortable beds & sofas. Again thank you. Oh and the huge tv in the living room & different streaming available was a hit. The grounds were beautiful. I had a fun time taking pictures of all the different flowers in bloom. But no elevator was a sore spot while the luggages were being carried up & down the stairs.

We had a great week-long stay at this beautiful condo. Clean, comfortable and roomy with an amazing view from the deck. The condo complex was quiet and well maintained. Lots of nice touches- they provided beach towels, beach chairs and a boogie board! The only slight ding I would give is that there is some noise from the road on the bedroom side of the condo. Quiet at night but it can be hard to sleep in if you are not an early riser. Nothing that white noise and/or ear plugs can't fix!

We had the pleasure of staying at this condo for 3 nights in October. Although the pictures in the listing are beautiful, they still don't do the place justice. It's completely upgraded, modernized and yet still retains the traditional Hawaiian charms. The furniture was quality and comfortable, beds were comfortable, and it was sparkling clean. The best part, of course, is the amazing ocean view from the balcony and living spaces and kitchen. You hear nothing but the sounds of the waves lightly splashing on shore. The community pool by the beach is lovely and a nice relaxing sanctuary. It's a fabulous home and we were so grateful to have found it. The location is excellent. I thought I wanted to be in Poipu but this location is very centralized. Close to airport. 30 mins to Poipu, 35 min drive to Port Allen and 50 mins to Princeville. We walked 5 min to a cute shopping center, including a fun tiki restaurant on the beach called Lava Lava. Cindy was easy to reach and very accommodating with allowing us to enter a little early and checking out late. I would highly recommend Premier Kauai Ohana.

Pool and Beach Access- Phenomenal! This was our second time vacationing In Kauai, and our first time staying in Kapaa. The location is excellent. It gives you easy access to both the North and South shores, with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance of the condo itself. The property is very well kept, with beautiful landscaping and stunning ocean views. The beach access is a huge bonus. The sand is a bit coarse if you’re expecting fine, soft sand (like for building sand castles), but overall the beach is walkable and swimmable, even for small children. The condo is nicely furnished with all the amenities. Air conditioning was a HUGE plus. I gave “cleanliness” 4 stars because the bathrooms did need some spot cleaning, but the property manager was very responsive and sent someone to clean them immediately upon request. Fabulous place and experience! This place is beautiful -- gorgeous views, very clean, very well maintained. Plus, the hosts are fantastic. Unlike many VRBOs, this place is stocked with necessities like salt, pepper, olive oil, plenty of paper goods, detergents, etc. We really appreciated that. The hosts also allowed us to check out late for free when it turned out that the place was not booked immediately on our departure! That made our entire vacation much more enjoyable as we didn't have to rush out in the morning of a day when we were leaving on a red eye. A couple notes I usually look for -- the grounds are very quiet (except the roosters who run all of the island!;-), the place is convenient to a beautiful small grocery and some great beachfront restaurants (walking distance!), the pool is small but very clean and nice, the view from this property is great including the table and couch to sit outside on the porch, the furniture it all in good shape (though the mattresses definitely lean softer rather than firmer, if that's your preference), and it's the top (third) floor walk-up unit. Each unit has its own front and back balcony, completely private, which makes it nice to come and go. Check-in was a breeze with a lock box, and large trash and recycling bins are convenient in the parking lot. Tons of available parking. Hosts were communicative and helpful. All a great experience!
