Property 425 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit that is newly remodeled and comes with all of the exciting features you could want. Guests will enter the unit and be completely blown away from the moment their eyes lay on the entryway. Entry leads directly into the spacious living area that features a vast patio door, practically making the wall one giant window. The natural lighting opens up the space even further. Enjoy your time in the living area where you can find plush furnishings such as the sofa and loveseat. We’re currently renovating this fantastic home, including upgrades to the furniture, flooring, and décor. We’re also adding central air to the Lae Nani condo, making it the perfect place to stay any time of year!

Plenty of Kitchen Space

You will have more than enough space inside the kitchen at Lae Nani 425. The oak cabinetry and black countertops give the kitchen a modern feel that is further elevated with the stainless appliances. Speaking of appliances, you will have a full-size fridge and stove/oven combo. The property features all of your necessary cookware so you can easily whip up something here. The tan tile makes it extremely easy to clean in case of any spills. The microwave lets you heat up any leftovers from popular Kauai restaurants with ease!

Large Bedrooms

The property is completely gated, and there is always parking nearing the unit. If you are looking for something to do nearby, simply head down the road a few blocks and you will find Wailua River. This is the state’s only navigable river and will take you up to Kapaa. Grab a rental boat from in town and paddle at your own leisure. Lae Nani is just 7 miles from the airport, so you can touch down and head straight to your rental without waiting.
