If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We offer Kauai vacation rental condos at: Lae Nani, Lanikai, Wailua Bay View, Hale Awapuhi Villas, Plantation Hale, Kahalani, Kapaa Sands, and Islander on the Beach.
PAYMENTS:
Payment of entire rental amount may be made by personal check or American Express / MasterCard / Visa credit card.
Checks must arrive in time to clear the bank.
TAXES:
All vacation rental rates are subject to a Kauai Accommodations Tax which total 3%. (4.712% Hawaii Excise Tax and 10.25% Transient accommodations tax).
CANCELLATION / REFUNDS:
A $75 cancellation fee will be assessed for any cancellations, regardless of when they occur. A refund is applicable for cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the arrival date. Cancellations within the 60-day period will not receive a refund unless we secure a new reservation for the canceled dates. All contracted reservation dates are non-refundable for any unused portions. The rental agreement remains valid and is not voided or canceled in the event of service interruptions within the property or due to inclement weather during your stay.

Following receipt of full payment, 7 days prior to your arrival date, driving instructions and access information will be provided to you.
SMOKE FREE PROPERTIES:
All of Premier Kauai condo properties are non-smoking.
